We reserve the right to refuse a booking if we feel, after careful consideration, that participation in a particular course would be inappropriate for an individual. We reserve the right to refuse admission to our courses if, on arrival, participation appears to be inappropriate. We also reserve the right to ask any visitor to leave the College if his or her behaviour is disruptive or interferes with the rights of others. In the final instance, all matters arising from a dispute are subject to Scottish law and are under the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
Note 4:
If your course is already fully booked or is cancelled, we will refund your deposit in full.
If you apply for financial support or a Pay Agreement, and are unable to reach agreement with the College, we will refund your deposit in full.
If you cancel your booking, your deposit is non-refundable.
If you change your booking more than 4 weeks before the course starts, we will hold £50 for up to one year towards payment for another College course (We regret that deposits are not transferable to Findhorn Foundation programmes).
Note 5:
HOW TO APPLY FOR FINANCIAL SUPPORT OR A PAY AGREEMENT
Financial Support
The College does not want the price of our courses to prevent people coming here. We have a Financial Support fund to help those on a low income to participate in our courses. Whilst funds are limited, if you feel you need help we encourage you to apply.
Any financial support must be agreed before you arrive. In most cases, we cannot confirm the amount we will be able to pay until approximately 4 weeks before the start of the course.
Pay Agreement
In some cases, the College may allow you to spread the cost of your course over a maximum of 3 months through a Pay Agreement. Payment can be made by post-dated cheques or by authority to debit instalments from your credit card. However, in all cases we require a deposit before the course begins to confirm your place, and at least one third (33%) of the remaining fee by the start of the course.
How to Apply
You may apply for both financial support and a pay agreement.
Please include your application in your booking letter and send it with your Booking Form. Please include a summary of your resources, income and expenditures.
To apply for financial support, please tell us how much you are able to pay for your course.
To apply for a pay agreement, please tell us how you propose to pay.
You should send your deposit of £95 per course with your Booking Form as usual. This will be refunded if we cannot reach agreement on the amount of financial support to be provided and/or the schedule of payments.
