Be a sponsor

Supporting our educational work, become a College sponsor.

Findhorn College is a non-profit, charitable organisation. There are many ways you can support our exciting work through donations, grant, loans or by providing resources and equipment.
Below we outline just some of the many possibilities.

Student financial support

The College puts up to 5% of all tuition fees received into a bursary fund to support participants who otherwise couldn’t afford to study with us, but this is not enough to meet the needs.

You can help by making a bursary donation of any size. Your donation can be acknowledged on our website, and in our reports and other literature. Every little helps to give more people the experience of learning here.
• You may ask for your donation to be used to support one or more participants directly, in which case we can put you into personal contact with the student(s) if you wish.
• You may ask for your donation to be used to support participants in a particular course, or from a particular country, or in some other specific way.

Library resources

The College needs more library resources. If you have any appropriate educational books, DVD’s, CD’s or other materials that you no longer want, we will be happy to receive them. Any we are unable to use we will pass on to another charity. We are also happy to receive new materials, or gifts of money to purchase them. All donations will be labelled to acknowledge the donor unless you request otherwise.

Equipment

The College needs teaching equipment including computers (reasonably up-to-date), overhead and slide projectors, and flip-chart stands. If you have any items that you no longer need, we will gladly receive them. Or you may choose to make a donation for this purpose.

Building fund

At present the College rents facilities from the Findhorn Foundation as required. In the long term, the College plans to build a sustainable building specifically designed for the special needs of our participants and our style of holistic education. This would include accommodation and workshop spaces, offices, and a library resource centre. We welcome contributions to our building fund.

Gift Aid

You may wish to take advantage of the tax benefits of Gift Aid to increase the value of any monetary donation. Ask us for details.
You may also leave us a bequest in your will.
