Whilst every effort is made to provide courses as advertised, the College does not accept liability for:
- Cancellations or changes caused by unavailability of staff, low bookings, weather conditions, maintenance work, acts of God, acts of Government or any other authorities, or any other situations beyond its control.
- The medical or psychiatric conditions of participants which may arise before, during or after participation in one of our courses.
- Loss of or damage to personal property of our guests.
The College reserves the right to:
- Refuse a booking if it believes, after careful consideration and discussion with the individual concerned, that participation in a particular course would be inappropriate for any reason.
- Refuse admission of an individual to a course if, on arrival, participation appears to be inappropriate for any reason.
- Ask any participant to leave the College if his or her behaviour is disruptive or interferes with the rights of others.
The College has a formal complaints procedure available to any participant who feels aggrieved by any act or failure to act by the College. In the final instance, all matters arising from a dispute are subject to Scottish law and are under the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
