Frameworks Coaching Process (FCP) Training

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 6 - 7 - 8 December 2016
(Arrival Monday 5th and departure Friday 9th)

Frameworks Coaching TrainingDeveloped originally from the larger Frameworks for Change simulation (the organisational version of The Transformation Game®), this unique stand-alone coaching tool is available to coaches, consultants and trainers for use with clients in the workplace, either individually or in small groups.

The Frameworks Coaching Process (FCP) uses three sets of cards to pinpoint key factors and resources impacting any given situation. The process identifies attitudes, beliefs or behaviours that promote or impede progress; it highlights talents that are perhaps overlooked or latent, and points to factors that are undermine efforts and drain resources.

The FCP provides a creative forum for participants to clarify and apply new directions, take a closer look at current challenges, generate solutions for implementing constructive change, and explore new ways of moving forward.

The training covers step-by-step instructions for using the FCP with clients, and explores a variety of applications. Materials include card decks, manuals, workbook and CD with workbook materials.

Cost: £1490 fee includes tuition, FCP materials (cards, manuals, workbook and CD with workbook materials), four night's accommodation (5-9 December 2016) and full board.

Bookings close six weeks before the training begins to allow time for the FCP materials to be shipped from the States.
