Findhorn Reiki training levels 1 & 2

Activate a collaborative relationship between your heart and mind

Reike level One: 3-9 December 2016 & 9-15 December 2017
Reiki Level Two: 20-26 May 2017

We live in a world of energy that nourishes and maintains all living things. When this energy flows uninterrupted there is balance and harmony within and around us, and we experience a sense of well-being.

"Reiki" (ray-key) translated as 'universal life energy' is the name adopted for a system of holistic healing that was (re) discovered by Dr. Mikao Usui in the latter part of the ninetieth century. Reiki is known as a healing technology for stress reduction and relaxation and is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. Although it has its roots in ancient Buddhist teachings Reiki is a non-denominational practice of self-healing and may be applied safely by people of all ages, including the newborn, pregnant mothers, surgical patients, the frail and the elderly, in any situation.

Faculty

Findhorn's qualified residential Reiki Masters Jacqueline Buckingham and Melissa Godbeer guide participants through practice, theory and the initiation process. Participants learn this ancient art of self applied healing through a variety of indoor taught sessions, discussions and outdoor exercises.

Location

Situated at The Park, the birthplace of the world renowned Findhorn Spiritual Community ~ this Reiki course draws on the Community's founding principles: Inner Listening, Service and Co-operation with nature. Participants of both Findhorn Reiki 1 and 2 courses will have the unique opportunity to engage in service learning opportunities to both examine the activation of their energetic frequency and observe 'Reiki in Action'.

Reiki Principles

Is the primary course that precedes all other Reiki trainings and sees participants learning the origins, principles, theory and practice of self applied reiki. Reiki training Level 2 - Application Form

Participants who have had at least 6 to 12 months experience of self-applied Reiki treatments and are drawn to begin to formally offer reiki sessions to family, friends and paying clients are welcomed to be initiated into Reiki level 2.
