I wish to enrol in English in Community course

The higher fee supports us to support others to attend, and the work of the College
The middle fee covers the course costs and enables course development
The low fee is minimum for us to provide the course.
Thank you.

How have you studied English in the past? (Please indicate all those relevant)

Using the scale below, how would you rate your ability in the following areas of English language?

Indicate the appropriate number as follows (5 = very good; 4 = good; 3 = average; 2 = not good; 1 = I have a lot of difficulty)

How comfortable would you feel in the following situations? Indicate the appropriate letter as follows

A = Fine, no problems;
B = OK, maybe a little anxious but I’d like to try;
C = No. I wouldn’t like it at all).

Now we would like to have an example of your written English.

This helps us to assess your level of English to decide if your level is similar to that of the other incoming participants.

Please write at least 250 words and include answers to the following questions.

- Why do you want to learn English at the Findhorn College?
- What do you expect to get out of the time you spend here?
- Do you have experience of working in groups?
- Tell us a bit about your spiritual background, if any.
- Tell us a little more about your life.

You can do this on-line now or email us a letter at [email protected]

Do you have any medical conditions, special needs or other specific requirements that could affect your time with us? Please check off the list below:

If you answered ‘yes’ to any question above, please tell us about it

    * Participants’ medical or psychiatric conditions that may arise before, during or after participation in one of our courses.
    * Loss of or damage to personal property of our guests.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking if we feel, after careful consideration, that participation in a particular course would be inappropriate for an individual. We reserve the right to refuse admission to our courses if, on arrival, participation appears to be inappropriate. We also reserve the right to ask any visitor to leave the College if his or her behaviour is disruptive or interferes with the rights of others.
